The Classic Studio app (app.classicstudio.co.il) is operated by Classic Studio — The Classic Place ("the Studio") and is used for class registration, attendance management, and payment collection.

This policy explains what information the app collects, what it is used for, and what your rights are.

What information we collect

We collect only the information needed to register and manage activity at the Studio:

• Sign-in details — your email address and name, received from your Google account or via email-link sign-in.
• Children's registration — parent name, phone, and email; the child's name, ID number, date of birth, optional photo, health declaration, and signature on the registration agreement.
• Adult registration — full name, ID number, date of birth, phone, email, and signature on the agreement.
• Payments — payments are processed by iCredit (Rivhit group). Credit-card details are provided directly to the payment processor and are never stored by us — the app keeps only a billing token, the card's last 4 digits, and your charge and receipt history.
• Technical information — cookies required solely to keep you securely signed in.

How the information is used

• Managing registration, group placement, and attendance.
• Billing according to the signed agreement and issuing receipts.
• Sending service emails — registration confirmations, receipts, schedule updates, and reminders.
• Responding to inquiries and support requests.

We do not send marketing mail and do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Children's information

Children's details are provided by the parent or guardian as part of class registration and are used solely to manage the child's activity at the Studio. A parent may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's details at any time.

Sharing with third parties

Information is shared only with the providers essential to operating the service:

• iCredit (Rivhit group) — payment processing, standing orders, and payment documents.
• The Studio's insurance provider — the insured-participants list for activity insurance (child's name, ID number, and date of birth).
• Cloud infrastructure providers — data storage, app hosting, and email delivery.
• Authorities — where required by law.

These providers are bound to safeguard the information and may not use it for any other purpose.

Data security

Information is stored in secure cloud databases, encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and accessible only to Studio staff. Credit-card details are never stored in our systems.

Data retention

Information is kept for as long as you are active with the Studio, and afterwards only as required for bookkeeping and legal compliance.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13 (in force since August 14, 2025), you have the right to review the information we hold about you (Section 13) and to request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated (Section 14). Providing information to the studio is voluntary and by consent; without it we cannot provide the service. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us using the details below.

Account and data deletion

You may request full deletion of your account and the personal data stored about you and your children at any time. To do so, email the address in the Contact section from the email you registered with; requests are handled within 30 days. The sign-in account, personal details, photos and class enrollments are deleted; financial records (receipts and charges) are retained as required by law for up to 7 years.

Signing in with Google

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from Google, to identify you and create your account. We have no access to your password, contacts, or any other data in your Google account.

If we update this policy, the revised version will be published on this page with its update date.
